Refinance/Tucson Arizona
April 30th, 2009 12:33 PM
It is time to take advantage of the low interest rates for home owners that have an interest rate that is a point higher than the current range of 4.5% to 4.875%.  If you are looking into refinancing you should be able to improve your interest rate at least by one point to make it worth your time, effort and costs.  By refinancing you are increasing your cash flow and we all know that it is very important to have a positive cash flow.  It may take a little longer now to have your refinance go through because there are a lot of other people getting on the refinance band wagon.  Rates should stay at this all time low so that you can take advantage of a refinance throughout 2009.  Call today to start the refinance process on your Arizona home mortgage.

Looking for a mortgage in Tucson, AZ?
February 10th, 2009 3:13 PM

Moving forward in 2009 is quite different than what most of us are use to.  I have a very dear friend who just turned 94 years young.  During some of our discussions about the current situation people are finding themselves in she had some great insight.  She said" don't despair, why would you be discouraged as to what the times have dealt you."  Yes things have changed but change is good and you have to keep moving forward and know that change puts you where you are suppose to be."  Life is just grand and it is such a glorious day, appreciate it no matter where you are or what you are doing, be happy in everything you do!"  Then she smiled her all knowing smile!  Her words are real and true, so things change and we move on to do other lines of work, or add other skills to our knowledge base and we do something different that we would not have normally sought out to do.  Whatever it is you have to change in your life to keep moving forward, look at it in a positive light that you are learning something different and meeting new people in a different atmosphere, but whatever it is make sure you enjoy it because it is still a glorious life!  Without this change I would not be with my new friend and be in her presence to hear her words of wisdom that ring in my ears!  I am so grateful to have a friend like Edith (Tita) Knipe.

So keep on striving whether it be looking for a mortgage in Tucson Arizona, or refinancing the one you have or just for some words of wisdom to move forward with, don't give up, we are where we are suppose to be.

Tucson Arizona Real Estate Purchase
August 4th, 2008 2:32 PM
Today is a great day to purchase a new home.  The Real Estate market has numerous listings to choose from and the values are in a very affordable range.  In today's market you can get more bang for your buck!  This is the time to buy when the real estate market has more realistic price ranges for everyone whether you are buying a primary residence or for investment purposes.  Interest rates are still low in comparison overall.  Now is the time, don't wait till property values start back on the uphill.

Home Loans In Arizona
June 26th, 2007 4:03 PM
Arizona the sunny southwest State.  Purchase or refinance, each loan is personally processed by myself.  This allows me to know what the status is of your loan all of the time.  In Arizona now there is a My Community program that allows for 100% financing down to a 600 FICO score.  Certain counties in Arizona will now allow for a my community program and disregard what the income is of the borrowers and you do not have to be a first time home buyer.  This program also can be used inconjunction with another program that allows the seller to contribute 6% or up to 6 months of PITI called the PITI Abatement program.  Call me for details!
